It doesn’t matter if you are just starting your journey to lose weight or you’re familiar with the fitness industry. Sport has always been a big part of my life. I was and still am training in one way or another just for the fun of it. In some ways my close friends would joke with me and say ‘what sport is it this season?’. I had every sports ball in the cupboard with different running shoes and a thirst for activity. I know now why I’m like this - it’s because I’ve always looked after my health. You only get one life and one body, if you’re not happy with who you are. Change it! It starts with you! I know plenty of people that have children now that struggle to keep up. Why not have them struggle to catch you. They say life is short, so train hard and live long!
Over the last 17 years I have been heavily involved with Muaythai “also known as kickboxing”. For the last 5 years I have held the WMC Light Heavyweight title at a professional level. I also claimed a Gold Medal in the 2005 I.F.M.A World Muaythai Games, which is held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Muaythai is a fantastic way to keep fit, it’s much more than punching a bag. It can be something I can pass on to you at a beginner or advanced level.
