• HPC is proud to support AMPM

While the health and wellness mega-trend engulfs the Gold Coast and wider Queensland, health enthusiasts are searching far and wide for new and exciting ways to keep in shape and stay active. AMPM [Art of Motion Pursuit of Movement] is currently the home of the biggest calisthenics community in Australia and the Gold Coast will play host to their brand new studio.

The worldwide movement was inspired by Johann Ofner, AMPM founder, who tragically died during the filming of a Bliss n Eso music video in Brisbane earlier this year. His legacy is now in the hands of fellow AMPM “Mutants” and his business partner Mathew Teamoke.

AMPM will open their Gold Coast HQ Sunday 4th June from 8am to 12pm with a day of calisthenics classes, DJ, healthy food, coffee and mind blowing demonstrations by the AMPM Mutants [movement coaches]. In addition, there will be competitions and great prizes up for grabs for those in attendance.

The Gold Coast based studio located just around the corner from HPC, caters for anyone who wants to do more than lift a dumbbell or run on a treadmill. Calisthenics training encourages physical development, coordination, self-discipline, team spirit and community.
